Thamesmead Retail Park
The project comprised £10 Million Retail Park in Thamesmead, London comprising retailers including Peacocks, Wilkinson, Brantano, and KFC opposite a newly extended Safeway Supermarket. Debt funding was provided by Anglo Irish bank. The project was sold to Tilfen Land.
