Swindon, Braydon Mead Village Centre – Stankerr Ltd

Stankerr Ltd purchased the partly completed Braydon Mead Village Centre in Swindon in September 2007 from Crest Nicholson. Construction on this project was completed in January 2008 and 4 residential units are now let to various local tenants and Tesco Metro. Debt funding was provided by Clydesdale Bank.
