Stankerr Pubs Ltd was set up in August 2009 to acquire a public house - "The Quay" located in a prominent position at the bottom of the main shopping street in the centre of Kingsbridge. The pub is let on 25 year FRI lease from March 2006. Debt funding was secured from Coutts&Co.
