The opening is in June 2010. Debt funding was provided by Anglo Irish Bank.The property is located on the northern gateway to Harlow on the A414 Edinburgh Way and faces Harlow Town Station used by 1.66 million passengers annually. Edinburgh Way is the prime out-of-town retail location in Harlow with over 650,000 sq ft of area. Retailers include B&Q, Comet, Currys and Homebase. The property is adjacent to 90 bedroom Travelodge and 6,000 sq ft Toby Carvery. Other adjoining occupiers include the Pearson Education HQ, Motability and the multi-let Field House, which together with commercial occupiers provide a workforce of up to 3,000 potential customers, together with nearby residential properties within walking distance.
