Tabacon Trading Ltd was set up as a consultancy practice to carry out Development Management Roles for institutions and major property companies. Amongst others Tabacon Trading Ltd is advising CBRE Investors on a 2000 unit residential development on land owned by Pension fund in Porthsmouth and advising the Morley Stores Group on a new Development Store and 20 storey residential tower at the Bodgers Department Store in Ilford town centre and other land holdings in Epsom and Upminster.

London, JV between Tabacon Trading Ltd and LXB Properties LLP

This JV was set up to develop prominent 18 acre (8.18 ha) site in Gloucester, Gloucestershire. A conditional purchase has been signed with the landowner Network Rail and proposals are being progressed for 360 residential units as part of an eco exemplar development, 10,000 sq ft conference facility and 50,000 sq ft commercial development. A new company was set up with LXB Properties LLP called Stankerr LXB Ltd to acquire further land in Gloucester.
