Eva Ozturk

Eva has joined Tabacon Group in May 2009 as Chartered Surveyor. Eva’s career has spanned 13 years across diverse environments in finance and property.

In the past Eva held the role of Deputy Finance Director at Shiran Real Estate Holdings in Prague, a boutique Israeli property development firm. In this position she managed Special Purpose Vehicle companies that owned a diverse portfolio of properties across Prague. The total value of assets under her directorship was CZK470m (£16.7m).

To gain experience in Western Europe, Eva made the move to London where she joined King Sturge LLP to advise on investments and valuations using her experience from Central Europe. She was involved in a variety of projects from advising on business plans to assisting with purchases and disposals. She also prepared business plans for MEPC (prominent property group in the UK, owned by Hermes Real Estate), including cost structure analysis, portfolio return analysis and modelling various scenarios for development programmes. Following investment, she worked in the valuation department on international projects. She was involved in valuations of a Hungarian portfolio consisting of cash&carry retail warehouses, a Spanish shopping mall, the O2 arena in Dublin and also performed numerous desktop valuations.
