About us

The Tabacon Group is a London based investment and property development company. With a wide range of development projects and property investments in the UK, the Tabacon Group has begun the expansion of their portfolio across the country.

Brothers David and Jamie Noble commenced the business in early 2002 through the Joint Venture with AWG to develop a retail warehouse park in Thamesmead, East London. The property was let to Wilkinson, Peacocks, Brantano and Carpet Right.

In 2003 they acquired 20 acres of land close to Junction 34 of the M1 in Rotherham with two other partners, which was followed by the purchase of the adjacent 10 acres of land in 2006. There is a planning consent for a mixed use development scheme including a superstore, open A1 retail, 2 hotels, drive-thru restaurant and pub.

The next project was a development of a mixed retail and residential scheme in Kingsbridge, Devon in 2006.

In 2007 they purchased 2 acres of land from BAA at Stansted airport where development of a stand alone McDonald’s drive-thru restaurant was completed in June 2008 and current plans are to build further restaurants and retail accommodation.

In September 2007 David and Jamie exchanged contracts to purchase the partly completed Braydon Mead Village Centre in Swindon with 4 commercial units which are fully let now.

In 2008, as an opportunity during difficult times on the property market, David used this as a chance to purchase the South Sands Hotel with 5 apartments in Salcombe, Devon from Administrative Receivership. Since the purchase the hotel and apartments have had a major refurbishment to form a 22 bedroom boutique hotel and 5 luxury apartments. The opening is planned for May 2010.

The Tabacon Group grew in 2009 by acquiring a public house - "The Quay" in Kingsbridge, Devon and a mixed use  development in Harlow comprising a Travelodge, Toby Carvery, 84 flats and 6 retail units.

The portfolio of Tabacon Group is built on strong principles, property expertise and business driven attitude of its owners.

With optimistic plans to purchase more pubs, retail units or to develop new commercial and residential projects, The Tabacon Group will immerse their style into the property market all over the country.
